Dear friends, how are you doing lately?
It is time for school-aged children to head back to school. Are you taking care of any of them?
A new start often means lots of changes and new routines. Stress may arise particularly having schools under Covid-19. Here are some tips to cope with stress when the new school year start. Feel free to share with anyone who may need it!

Make schedule
Write down the things you need to do and prioritise them.
You can gain clarity on the 1) content, 2) place, 3) time of your task and prepare ahead.

Reserve time to rest & relax
Enjoying a shower
Listening to music
Practice mindful breathing
Accept the emotions
It is normal for children to feel nervous about new routines, new schools & new social circles.
Help children make schedules & relax.
